Terms & Conditions
Effective 27 July 2026. Operated by ARForge Labs LLC ("DispatchPal," "we," "us"). Questions: arforgelabsllc@gmail.com.
These terms cover use of DispatchPal by both the business owners who subscribe to it ("Owners") and the customers who call an Owner's business line ("Callers"). By using DispatchPal — subscribing as an Owner, or calling or texting a business line answered by it — you agree to these terms.
What DispatchPal is
DispatchPal is an AI phone-answering service for small trade businesses. When an Owner can't answer their phone, DispatchPal's assistant answers instead: it gives Callers basic information, collects job details, and can book an appointment onto the Owner's calendar. The assistant always identifies itself as an AI assistant, never as a person, and discloses that the call may be recorded.
Pricing information
Any rate or price the assistant gives a Caller is a starting estimate, not a firm quote. The final price depends on what the Owner finds when they see the job in person. DispatchPal never collects payment information over the phone or by text.
Emergencies
The assistant is trained to recognize urgent situations (like a gas leak or burst pipe) for the trades it supports and route them according to the Owner's own emergency policy. It is not a substitute for calling 911 in a genuine emergency.
SMS program terms
By providing your mobile number to an Owner's business (including by speaking it to the DispatchPal assistant on a call), you consent to receive text messages related to your appointment: confirmations, reminders, and any replies. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Owner accounts
If you're an Owner, you're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you enter (rates, hours, service area, emergency policy) — that's exactly what the assistant is allowed to tell your Callers, nothing more, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Acceptable use
DispatchPal may not be used to harass, defraud, or mislead Callers, or for any business or purpose that violates applicable law.
No warranty; limitation of liability
DispatchPal is provided "as is." Like any phone system or AI assistant, it can make mistakes — a missed detail in a booking, a call that doesn't route correctly. We work to keep the service reliable, but ARForge Labs LLC isn't liable for lost business, missed appointments, or other indirect damages arising from use of the service, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the effective date above if these terms change in any material way. Continued use of DispatchPal after a change means you accept the updated terms.
